So today I have created a new channel and uploaded its first video, it grew to 26 natural views and has completely stalled. Here is the data after 4 hours roughly:

The impressions CTR seem really low, the impressions said 1.5k as well so its been shown to 1.5k but 1.5% clicked through sounds ridiculously low. The thumbnail really stands out well too. I am curious whats caused this, the 26 views seems good and AVD is okayish as the video is about 15 mins but I am unsure what to make of these early stats.
Is 1.5% CTR low for a new channel and could it be that YT is sharing the video to a completely irrelevant audience so its low to begin with? I am curious what to expect. Is this normal? If this was your new channel would you tweak anything or leave it be? Title tags and desc seem fine and target to right people too.
