I have saw quite a lot of GaryVees videos lately and he sure makes sense. My old channel with 65k subscribers has been pretty much dead. I have made a new channel and its doing VERY well in comparison. It is being put infront of new viewers and theyre actually watching, my audience retention is through the roof in comparison, what do you think? Definitely recommend following him in general for good reminders that we CAN do stuff regardless of the limitations we place on ourselves.
Do you ever feel this way after recording? I have just done a video there and I am sat thinking as about to edit that wasnt good enough and everything bad comes out, it was too hot to record, I didnt sound my best, I didnt look my best, the content was off a bit, others do it way better. So many internal thoughts. I can imagine some of it being fairly normal. I am very critical of my content these days, I probably could do better with more practice to be honest. Do you pick things apart like that after? I am likely really overthinking things.
I am thankful that I don't really have anyone that toxic in my past (that I remember anyway). I can't really think of anyone I'd be too terribly upset if they found me, but that might just be cause I don't remember so good....
Yeah even without anyone toxic like I just dont want people knowing about things I do online like businesses etc I like to keep separate from my personal life 
So create a short that loops seamlessly with the end thats 5-10 seconds long in total yeah? I havent tried looping a short using this method in a long time. What about monetisation though with being a short duration, are they monetising very short shorts now haha?

Ive noticed that the only video I have used A/B testing for title and thumbnails on my channel is the only video that has completely tanked and flopped. It may be coincidence but I am going to avoid using it from now on given the results. Anyone experienced the same with A/B Testing?
Would really appreciate if any of you have friends on Discord or IRL or TikTok if you could share the community. I know many of us like to keep our channels private which is understandable but it would be good to have more people over. I invite almost all my friends who make content but so many are busy. Does anyone know how to move the audio over to perfectly sync and align with the track above?
I use alt I think it is to tab it over but it just doesnt align for me. This is in Premiere Pro.
I wish I had a solid answer for this, I have always thought Friday nights were best as people arent at work usually and looking to enjoy watching more at the end of a busy week but at the same time so many will have the same idea and be posting then. It does depend on your niche though too like through the week may be better for busy mums if you had a parenting channel as on the weekend they may be busier with the kids for example.
Curious to know how many channels our members are running at once, at the moment I have 4 YouTube channels, 2 I am active on, 1 I am now inactive on and the other I havent been on in 2 years or so but I will be reviving it soon which will be exciting as it has a good sub base already and hoping to bring it back to life which I reckons possible for it.

I am thinking this is how its best growing especially shorts and TikTok style videos, find a video that has a good hook or where you can easily do similar hooks, make the content easy to make and repeatable daily, tag each video similarly and share the same video as a short on YouTube. This seems to work so well for me at the moment. Does anyone else have a repeatable format that consistently works for them? I really recommend seeing you can plan your videos around this format:
Im really thankful for reaching over 300 subscribers in 2 weeks and almost getting 10,000 views, this growth shows by feeding the algorithm a group of videos all well done to seed a channel and catering to what a niche audience wants you can grow quickly and naturally. Like I dont feel that my content is anything spectacular so if I can do it, you can too! Dont give up on your dreams of sharing and creating.
Really wonder where it will be at the 1 month mark now. I am excited as I am soon to be setting up another project that is one of its kind

Yeah its a big concern to be honest man, like often times if you have shared your phone number with someone they can learn about what you are up to years later and you may not want them in your life. It is a massive concern especially for people who have experienced DV etc as their ex partners may be shown their new accounts if theyve ever had their number or clicked through on a link before. Personally my concerns are nowhere near as bad as that but I still dont want family and friends finding my YouTube channels or business etc
Anyone concerned about their privacy on platforms? It seems as if you use your phone for whatsapp and google accounts your contacts are suggested your YouTube channel seemingly now, Meta products seem to all share data so if you were to start a new YouTube channel people you know can easily find what you do online which you may want to keep private at the start of something new and potentially uncomfortable. I really dont like the whole sharing thing and I have recently decided to get myself a burner phone and 2 new sim cards, thats gonna be 4 phones I will need to keep all my stuff fully separate 😵
It feels like if you make a new account on any of them people will find you through recommendations.
May be of interest to some of you, here in the North East we are having a lot of people upset with the latest thing of recording people with Meta Glasses making POV content and monetising it, what do you reckon could be done to prevent this? People are saying introduce new safety laws around the issue where others say youre in public you may be recorded and its not against the law. Its such a grey area.

I’ve seen more and more of these videos popping up on TikTok and Instagram recently, filmed on those bliddy glasses, and they’re proper rank. Reducing real people with real lives, families and trauma into punchlines whilst they have no idea they are being filmed.
I’m mortified that this is happening in Newcastle. People deserve dignity man!

Ive noticed sometimes when playing music in a playlist it never loads, does anyone else get this, the videos seem fine when you put the usual URL without the &list section.
