I am feeling burnout with my videos and running my home salon soon to change to physical location just theres so much work to keep posting to my socials facebook, instagram and then pressure to make new videos too is a lot for one person. I am happy to move to a new location soon and hiring but I think for a while I will not focus on social media. I am not feeling as bad this for a while. I need a week of time off with no kids or pressure.

Sometimes we need to start new with our experience to make the new thing even better

Private video was just of my childrens birthdays and trips to the lake district public videos will be for my salon

I need this for new vlog channel so when im walking its not shaking around. I have a pop socket but I want to hold at one arm length away. This one is expensive I want something cheap for now. I will use both front and rear camera

I earn nothing at the moment it is okay as it isnt a priority for me, more money is nice and welcome though

Do you keep your youtube channel separate from your working life and how can I do this? I am scared to have customers find my video if I start a channel vlogging style. Is this a fear for people with employers and content creators?

If I want my phone videos to look smooth without shaking when walking whats best way to do this, is it like with a selfie stick? I try to hold the phone stable but still is not smooth like other peoples videos

My priority is thinking how to make my tiktoks better to try and get more viewers I feel that they are stuck and dont get many. I am not sure if I need to improve the video quality and sound or make them faster for the viewer. I am writing ideas for this and seeing if I can make changes to them

Im not making any money yet for any videos. It seems very far away for me. I would like to make some money but its not my focus I just want to get more viewers and customers

I havent been thinking of this when recording I just use the video app and press record 🤣

I have confidence but not so much to do this. I use my phone for photos but making videos I am uncomfortable with. I would never do this in shops with speaking to camera

If theyre happy and its working stick at it. If theyre happy with it I wouldnt worry too much about signing contracts etc for social media content. You could add something on your website when booking to say that social media photos may be taken during appointments. I am unsure on the laws and whats normal around this though. I think its a good thing as children using youtube and can click onto the adult pages from the channel page but maybe should give a warning first or remove the links on the channels doing it. I dont want my children finding these things so easily even by mistake if I let them use youtube on my phone. If its in the policy then it is fair but can be handled better

I was thinking to make a video for my nail website showing client walkthrough into my salon to help with anxious customers feeling comfortable coming to have their nails done. Would it be best to make one for youtube maybe 2 minutes and one for tiktok separate with shorter maybe 1 minute on tiktok and longer one on youtube? I am thinking to record a hello welcome to my salon and showing walking in, putting their belongings safely, the products I use and tools and the client choosing a design and then show where clients sit and the welcoming environment and have it show client having their nails done at the end. Im not sure what else I will include any ideas to make it best? So much for me think about
