You could try practice in mirror or record videos that you will never share maybe help a little too

I think all you can try to do is keep making videos and over a long time you will feel better about it. It is like anything new to start we feel like we should not be doing it and outside what we are used to doing. With ASMR you maybe feel weird or silly I know that I would but remember when doing it this feeling will pass over time and you will feel less awkward. A lot of people make and enjoy watching the ASMR.

Today I am feeling deflated after working all day I wanted to work on website and plan new videos but I am so tired and I do not feel like doing anything. Does anyone else feel like this too? Theres not enough hours in a day for me to do work, work on website and make video too
