Recently, I've noticed several YouTube channels generating more than 4,000 watch hours from a single video within just 24 hours. At the same time, they seem to gain 2,000 to 3,000 subscribers almost overnight.
I'm curious about how this happens. Is it primarily driven by YouTube's recommendation algorithm, external traffic sources, viral content, exceptional audience retention, or a combination of these factors? Are there any lesser-known strategies that successful creators use to achieve such rapid growth?
I'd love to hear from creators who have experienced this firsthand or have insights into how a single video can generate such impressive watch time and subscriber growth in such a short period.
Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts and experiences!
