WeMakeVids Community Rules and Terms
Welcome to WeMakeVids. This is a community for creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms to share ideas, get feedback, learn, collaborate and grow.
By using this site, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Respect and Behaviour
We want this to be a positive space for creators of all levels.
You must not:
- Post hate speech, racism, sexism or discrimination
- Harass, threaten or bully other members
- Post sexual, pornographic or graphic content
- Intentionally provoke arguments or disrupt discussions
Treat people like real creators, not targets.
2. Spam and Self Promotion
WeMakeVids is not a dumping ground for links.
You must not:
- Spam your videos, channels or links across the forum
- Use sub4sub, follow for follow or like for like tactics
- Post repeated or irrelevant self promotion
- Drop affiliate links or marketing content outside allowed areas
You may promote your content only in designated sections where promotion is allowed.
3. Advertising and Services
You may not use the forum to:
- Advertise businesses, services or products without permission
- Run unsolicited marketing campaigns
- Promote crowdfunding pages or donation links everywhere
If you want to collaborate, advertise or work with the community, use the correct forum sections or contact staff.
4. Monetisation and Growth Claims
This community does not allow:
- Scam services or fake growth promises
- Misleading monetisation schemes
- Botting, fake engagement or artificial views or subscribers
- Fraudulent get rich quick creator offers
Honest discussion about monetisation is welcome. Scams are not.
5. Illegal or Harmful Content
You must not post or link to:
- Pirated content or illegal downloads
- Hacking tools or stolen accounts
- Anything that breaks local or international law
6. Content Quality and Posting
Keep discussions useful and relevant.
Avoid:
- Repeated low effort posts
- Spamming the same topic
- Posting purely to farm engagement
Use the edit button instead of double posting where possible.
7. Collaborations and Meet Ups
Creators are welcome to connect and collaborate.
However:
- You are responsible for your own safety when meeting others
- WeMakeVids is not liable for any offline interactions or agreements
8. Accounts
- One account per person
- No impersonating other creators or users
- Do not sell or transfer accounts
- Users must be 13 or older to register. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian to participate.
We reserve the right to restrict accounts that repeatedly break the rules.

Moderators help keep the community safe and usable.

- Move posts to the correct sections
- Warn or restrict accounts
Moderator decisions are final to protect the community.
