Whats the hardest part of growing a channel for you? Getting views? First subscribers? Motivation? Recording regularly? Thumbnails and getting people to click through?
For me I find I struggle the most with feeling inadequate like as if my performance has to be perfect every time or it isnt worth posting. I did go ahead and post still the other day after recording 3 times and the video has done well but I still dont feel like its my best, this has a knock on effect with motivation for me. So maybe the hardest part of growing a channel for me isnt actually anything to do with the people watching. The hardest part is facing myself and pushing myself.
