Do You Avoid YouTube Channels That Use AI Thumbnails?

I made one when I found out I could use ChatGPT for making YouTube thumbnails but instantly got viewers complaining about me using AI for such pointless things. I have noticed a lot of larger channels seem to be using it though without complaint. Have you used AI for thumbnails? Do you avoid channels that obviously use AI for thumbnails? I know I tend to assume when they have used the common AI style text that the video is going to be cheap or inauthentic I dont know whats with that association for me. I do think AI can be used well for thumbnails for actual manipulation that youd do in Photoshop usually.
