Should I post the same nail video on youtube shorts and tiktok?

    Im new to making videos for my salon. If I make a nail video with before and after transformation can I upload the same video I upload to TikTok to Youtube shorts? Do people expect different videos on each and is it worth for me to edit again?

    You can upload the same video theres nothing wrong with that at all. I do this every day now as I felt I was wasting my video content only posting to TikTok when it would have been useful on both. If you have subscribers on both they may like to see different content on them but I dont think most will be bothered. Like I use YouTube for my long form watching, for example if I was going to watch Mashtag Brady I would watch him over on YouTube not on TikTok where id only find short content. For your salon I would say just re-use the content and not to worry too much about it.
