So I have a YouTube with about 65k subscribers on but averaging after 2 to 3 days of posting 1.5k views per video. The channel honestly feels dead. It does get comments on the videos from my loyal subscribers but its hard to keep motivated when you have a 20 sub channel getting the same videos in 1 day. I am really considering starting fresh, I feel like the algorithm is broken with my channel. What do you think? Have you have ever thought sod it and went for a total rebuild and restart?
