How Can I Make My Phone Video Not Shake When Walking?

If I want my phone videos to look smooth without shaking when walking whats best way to do this, is it like with a selfie stick? I try to hold the phone stable but still is not smooth like other peoples videos

On my phone case I have one of them ring things, they help me stabilise to some extent, does yours have a pop socket? That is probably the cheapest form of stabilisation other than working out good technique for holding your phone. Gimbals have come down a lot in price on Amazon which would be best, many have tracking built in to them too. You can get smaller ones for carrying too similar to a selfie stick but they wont provide as much stabilisation. Are you making content in the rear or front camera?

I need this for new vlog channel so when im walking its not shaking around. I have a pop socket but I want to hold at one arm length away. This one is expensive I want something cheap for now. I will use both front and rear camera

Not sure if this would be useful or what you are looking for but this is something I would choose if I were to do vlogs handheld. It wont be perfect for shakiness, a gimbal would be best but this kind of style reduces shakiness and is easy to keep hold of -
