POV Public Content on TikTok and YouTube -are they able to be monetised?

  • Theres so many POV content creators coming out at the moment using Meta glasses and recording the public, to name a couple there's Filtered Bros who make videos in shops messing with staff that theyre unable to say products properly and a lot of it is hilarious and then theres channels like Michael Ballymore where he goes up to people out in the public and often banters with them etc

So my question is this, are these videos legal to post and are they able to be monetised?
