How often should a small business post videos on TikTok? I run a salon so I dont have loads of time for video making. Is posting once a week enough or should I post more?

I would say it depends what you can handle, for a nail and beauty salon maybe a few times a week but optimally to keep a constant interest then daily or 5 days a week. For my business on TikTok I post 5 a week and consider it a heartbeat to keep it alive. I dont post groundbreaking content there just reminders of my business existence haha

If 1 a week is all you have time for go for it honestly theres nothing wrong with posting less but posting consistently. Consistency is what the platforms want
